In this research were given results of experimental studying of using of new domestic colloid hyperosmolaric solution HAES-LX-5 % on morphofunctional indices of the liver of rats with burn shock for the early term (7 days). It was estimated that 7 days infusion therapy of rats with severe thermic trauma with solution HAES-LX-5 % as same as reference preparation Lactoprotein with sorbitol conduce of restoration of disturbed bioenergetic processes, maintenance of pool of antioxidant ferments, preclude metabolic acidosis and inhibit processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids and oxidative modification of protein, improve central and peripheral hemodynamic. Herewith solution HAES-LX-5 % has same influence on mentioned features as reference preparation. Dynamic of morphologic changes in the liver of rats during experiment has shown that level of cytoprotective influence of investigated solution little bit yield to Lactoprotein with sorbitol. It was seen by higher percentage of necrotic hepatocytes (4,5±0,8%). Indices of cell cycle of liver cells were estimated to have been improved on the background of using preparations HAES-LX-5 % and Lactoprotein with sorbitol by burn lesion in a form of resistant decreasing of amount of cells, that are in the interval Sub-G1 and decreasing of cell block of proliferation of S/G2M, that more concisely realize on the background of using preparation HAES-LX-5 % on 3 and 7 days of experiment.
