Gora T. Forming of skills of pedagogical communication by means of the interactive training in the system "educator - senior students

The given paper provides theoretical generalisation and the new approach to the decision of such an urgent and important task as the grounding and experimental testing of pedagogical conditions affecting the forming of pedagogical communication skills in the system "educator - senior students" by means of the interactive training (considering the senior students' age peculiarities; contents of the class educators' scientific and methodological training; the systematic application of the interactive trainings in the secondary school teachers' education as well as in the process of their work on senior students' upbringing). The model of forming class educators' skills of pedagogical communication with the secondary school senior students by means of the interactive training has been designed. Skills of pedagogical communication of the class educators with the senior students, criteria, indicators and the fomation degree levels of mentioned skills' in the system "educator - senior students" have been singled out. The definitions of the notions like "pedagogical communication" and "interactive training" have been elaborated.
