Essay

Dissertation deals with study of structural, iconic, stylistic peculiarities of coat of arms engraving in Galicia of the XVII-XVIII centuries. This analyses helps to expose the dynamics of the development graphic depicting of the coat of arms. It was analyzed peculiarities of coat of arms structure and its depicting using the means of woodcut and engraving. Special attention is paid to interaction between technique of execution and peculiarities of artistic manner. Ways of baroque stylistic introductions into the artistic aspects of coat of arms depicting and peculiarities of its exposing were examined.
