Yushko O. Prevention of basic school students' deviant behaviour in Ukraine (the second half of ХХ century)

Object - preventive deviant behaviour activity organization in secondary schools of Ukraine in the second half of XX century; the aim - on the basis of analysis of scientific-pedagogical sources, archival materials and pedagogic editions to systematize the theoretical ideas of scholars and generalize the experience of organization of activities directed at basic school pupils' deviant behavior prevention during the second half of XX century in order to improve this work in present day educational institutions in Ukraine; methods - general scientific, historical, chronological, comparative-analytical; novelty - the research has been the first one to provide an analysis of the ideas of domestic scholars of the second half of XX century on the essence, content, methods and forms of basic school pupils' deviant behavior prevention, the basic school programmes of the second half of XX century have been analysed within the context of pupils' deviant behavior prevention, the main stages in the organization of pupils' deviant behavior prevention have been scientifically substantiated, the theoretical ideas and practical experience concerning basic school pupils' deviant behavior prevention accumulated during the researched period have been analysed with the aim to actualize them in present day school teaching, the prognostic tendencies for further development of pupils' deviant behavior prevention issues have been singled out, the new archival documents (21) have been used in the study of the problem under research; results - the results of the research have been used in teaching "Pedagogics" and "Introduction to Speciality" in National technical university "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" and Kharkiv state academy of physical culture; field - pedagogy
