Essay

Object - the physiological and biochemical processes in the body heifers when administered in the diet of soy milk in the milk period and female rats, when fed heat-treated soybeans. The aim - to find out the physiological condition and reproductive ability of the heifers and laboratory rats body when administered in feed intake of soy traditional and genetically modified varieties. Methods - physiological, biochemical, statistics, livestock. Novelty - the first time comprehensively examined features of the physiological condition and reproductive capacity of heifers, cows and female rats, antioxidant status and determined resistance of the body of animals under the influence of soy milk and dry feed from soybeans natural and transgenic varieties. A comparative analysis of the effect of soy milk from transgenic soybean varieties and natural for a physiological and biochemical processes in the body chicks and rats. Increase of the total content of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the blood of heifers, the activation of phagocytic immunity and glutathione antioxidant defense system when administered in the diet of soy milk from different soybean varieties. Scientifically proven physiological effects on the heifers and rats feed from soybeans as a native, and the GM varieties, species differences established physiological condition and reproduction of the organism under these conditions.
