The thesis is devoted to experimental substantiation to searching of antihypoxants and antioxidants among derivatives ?-arylamido-?-(2-oxoindolinyliden-3)-acetic acid and uses of the most active connection at ischemic injuries of a myocardium. Experimentally established dependence "structure-antihypoxic activity" and chosen the most active substance, conditionally called the inoxaryl. Proved kardioprotektiv activity of inoxaryl for the account of the antioxidant mechanism in the conditions of a sharp adrenalinhydrocortisone myocardium heart attack. It is defined that inoxaryl in a dose of ED50=13,9 of mg/kg authentically prolongs life of the animals and doesn't concede to the preparation mexidol. It is proved that inoxaryl concerns to the VI toxicity class according to K.K. Sidorov's classification. For the first time it is established that inoxaryl shows expressed antiradical and antioxidant activities in vitro.
