The dissertation is devoted by the experimental substantiation of expediency of application of the new combined ointments "Filetol" for the treatment of wounds in the first and second phases of wound process and surface burns. It has been experimentally proved on different models of the wound process (linear cut, a screen, chemical wound and burn) and models of inflammation (thermal inflammation and karragenin-induced edema, unallergic contact dermatitis), the joint use of ethacridine lactat, dense thick extract of chlorophyllipt and dexpanthenol in the ointment "Filetol" provides expressed wound-healing and anti-inflammatory effect. On the model of purulent wounds by staph. etiology increases antimicrobial effect. The ointment "Filetol" refers to practically nontoxic drugs when it is applied to the skin of rats and does not exhibit local irritating and sensitizing action.
