Pen'kov V. Cadets' Interpersonal Relationships Forming in the Teaching Process in Higher Educational Establishments of MIA System

Object - the teaching process in higher educational establishments of MIA system; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically analyzed and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of forming humane interpersonal relationships in cadets in the course of the teaching process in higher educational establishments of MIA system on the quality of professional training of future officers; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research has been the first to provide a theoretical analysis and experimental testing of pedagogical conditions of cadets' interpersonal relationships forming based on the principles of humanism; the term "cadets' interpersonal relationships" has been specified as interpersonal professional links among future officers that are supported by the humane attitude to others in the teaching process, when performing professional activities and in out of service activities on the basis of mutual respect, empathy, tact, tolerance in the process of communication allowing to avoid conflicts ; results - the scientifically substantiated pedagogical conditions of interpersonal relationships forming have been experimentally tested in the teaching process in higher educational establishments of MIA system, the teaching manual "Recommendations for commanding officers and academic staff on organizing teaching activities in the Academy of Internal Troops of MIA of Ukraine" has been compiled; field - pedagogy
