3. The thesis research the theoretic-methodological bases of increase effectiveness of evaluation of professional activity results of public servants in Ukraine in sphere of giving social service. Nowadays procedure of annual evaluation and attestation of public servants, legislation and methods of evaluation mechanism of results of public servants activity in social service sphere is inefficiency. Definitely concept "results of giving state social service". Specify the social service place in public service calcification Differentiated of index results in relations with evaluation object in this sphere. The model of evaluation results of state mechanism, state agency and public servants with orientation on specific professional activity in social service sphere is formed. The instruments of evaluation of result for sum type of social service; technique evaluation of results of social accompaniment of children builds nurse lings is developed. The ways of equitable evaluation professional activity results of public servants is described.
