Theoretical generalization and a new approach to the solution of the important and actual task that is highlighted in substantiation and pedagogical conditions experimental testing in realization of organizationally-methodical provision model of student youth social education by pedagogical regional ethnography facilities are investigated in dissertation: existence of favourable sociocultural environment; stimulation of ethnography students activity on emotionally-valued orientation principles on the processes and results of pedagogical activity; organization of active ethnography research and cultural elucidative work with student youth. The model of the organizationally-methodical maintenance of student youth social upbringing by pedagogical regional ethnography facilities is worked out. The components of social upbringing and social breeding levels of student youth by pedagogical regional ethnography facilities are defined. The concepts "pedagogical regional ethnography" and "facilities of pedagogical regional ethnography" are specified.
