Dissertation for the degree of Candidate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, speciality - 15.00.01 - Technology of Medicines, Оrganization of Pharmaceutical Business and Judicial Pharmacy. - National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named by P.L. Shupik, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2012. For the first time theoretically and experimentally proved structure and technology of tincture from mulberry leaves by hydrodynamic cavitation. By the basis of physical, physic-chemical, pharmacological and technological, microbiological and pharmacological studies proved the composition and efficient technology of tincture from mulberry leaves by hydrodynamic cavitation. The methods of standardization tincture from mulberry leaves have been developed, its stability has been studied and the term of fitness has been set. Pharmacological studies have shown safety of drug possession and severe hypoglycemic action. After the got results of experimental researches the patent on the useful model of Ukraine № 60250 "Method of mulberry tincture by hydrodynamic cavitation" (from 10.06.2011 has been got), the patent on the useful model of Ukraine № 64704 "Method of correction of toxic lesions of the liver "(from 10.11.2011 has been got).
