Tolkov O. The formation of the psychological readiness of higher school personnel to work in conditions of the socio-economic changes

The dissertation is devoted to studying psychological peculiarities of training personnel of higher school to work in conditions of the socio-economic changes. The thesis contains the theoretical substantiation, methodological grounds and the results of empirical research of this problem. Grounds the content and reveals the structure of psychological readiness of higher school personnel to work is conditions of a socio-economic changes which consists with motivational, cognitive, operational and personal components. The insufficient level of psychological readiness of higher school personnel for work in conditions of the socio-economic changes has been investigated. The influence of the socio-demographic and organization and professional factors on the level of development individual components and the general indicator of psychological readiness of higher school personnel for work in conditions of the socio-economic changes have been analyzed.
