The object: music and pedagogical culture of Crimean tatars; goal: holistic historical and pedagogical analysis of musical and pedagogical culture of Crimean Tatars late XIX - early XX century and perspectives of historical experience gained in modern terms, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, classification, historical and structural, comparative history, questionnaires, subject-chronological retrospectives, historical and educational, prognostic, novelty: revealed and summarized information the origins of the formation of musical and pedagogical culture of Crimean tatars (imitation epic traditions in shaping the moral and aesthetic views and pedagogy of the Crimean tatars, transfer of historical and cultural experiences of humanity through music training and education, belief in the potential significant spiritual music and poetry; functioning of various forms and types of religious and secular music, the desire to convey its younger generation, the belief that musical culture can not function without people's professional and musical traditions) proved stages of musical and pedagogical culture of Crimean tatars in the period and their features: 1) the 90th the XIX century - a stage revival of spiritual culture, 2) 1905-1920 years of XX century - the stage form of music and educational traditions.
