Object: the contents of national professional pedagogical periodicals in the second part of the 20th century; aim: to define the peculiarities and general tendencies in enlightening the problem of application of technical means of learning in national professional periodicals in the second part of the 20th century; methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature; problematic-objective analysis of printed sources; method of periodization and chronological method; methods of statistical data processing; novelty: the peculiarities are revealed (the changes in: the number of publications, the types of technical means of learning the latter are related to, the semantic specter of the terms, used in the publications, the themes of the publications, their distribution according to the types, their authors), qualitatively different stages have been distinguished and substantiated, general tendencies in enlightening the problems of application of technical means of learning in national professional periodicals of the mentioned period have been defined; results: the sheets about array of periodical publications in national professional periodicals in the second part of the 20th century about problems of application of the technical means of learning were systematized and summarized; branch: general pedagogics and history of pedagogics.
