The Dissertation is dedicated to the research of multicultural education of foreign students in higher technical educational institutions. In the process of the conducted research we analyzed the problem mentioned in the pedagogical theory and practice. The essence, the particular qualities of contents and the structure of the notion of "foreign students' multicultural upbringing" were analyzed. Pedagogical conditions of their multicultural education in higher technical educational institution were grounded.
