Fursa T. Modelli of co-operation of enterprises and banking institutions.

Dissertation work is devoted to development of bases and tool of optimization of dynamic processes of co-operation of enterprises and banking institutions theoretical and scientific-methodical for making of recommendations at acceptance of administrative decisions. Methodical approach is developed to optimization of co-operation of enterprises and banking institutions, at which participants get on the planned interval the integral, assured discounted results near to maximal, and that, satisfy each of them. The optimum investment program of enterprise is developed with determination of the proper stages of financing of producer on the planned interval of co-operation of enterprises and banking institutions. Influence of risks is certain on economic efficiency of joint activity at implementation by its participants of the optimum program of the compatible investing of producer of products. The method of calculation of balancing rate of tax deductions from the income of bank is offered, that are sent in a budget.
