Essay

The object of the given investigation is the process of socio-labour relations management in Ukraine. The objective of the dissertation consists in the working out of methodical-theoretic approaches to socio-labour relations regulation in depressed mining areas. The methods of investigation: system approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, econometric methods, systemic method. The practical importance of received results consists in the usage of theoretical generalization and conclusions of the given dissertation in the improvement of local development programs and socio-labour relations regulation in depressed mining areas, in particular by state-run enterprise "Dzerzhynskvugillya"; the improvement of the mechanism of management of the socioeconomical development of mining city by Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions. The scientific novelty of received results consists in the following: the conceptual approach to coal-mining industry restricting influence on the socio-labour relations in depressed mining areas has been grounded scientifically for the first time; the theory which is concerned the socio-labour relations regulation in depressed mining areas regulation has been improved; the practical recommendations for tendency determination of the social service and labour-market state are defined; the methodological basis for the socio-labour relations regulation in depressed mining areas have been studied. The innovative approaches aimed at socioeconomical impact reduction in depressed mining areas have obtained further development; the propositions for the improvement of the quality of life in the region have been introduced; systemic approach to the supplying of the balance of creation new workplaces in small-scale business has been described.
