Essay

Object of study: public relations arising in the process of interaction between service employees operating units and investigators. Objective: Development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations to improve the process of professional interaction line officers and investigators in the detection and investigation of crimes. Methods: a collection of philosophical, scientific and special scientific methods of knowledge of legal phenomena, the use of which ensured the validity and reliability of the results of scientific inquiry. Such as systemic, structural, functional, and statistical methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative legal, logical-legal and historical methods, the method of mathematical statistics. Methods of legal and psychological research (observation, interview, and questionnaire survey of practitioners, the method of expert estimates, the study material in criminal cases). Scientific innovation is a comprehensive study of legal-psychological basis of the interaction line officers and investigators. Formulate regulations and recommendations, which provided an opportunity to obtain a system of theoretical and practical provisions regarding the status, trends and prospects of this activity and to propose concrete ways to implement them in the legislative process and practice of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine. The specific contribution lies in the fact that in the thesis the number of new conceptual statements, conclusions and recommendations of great theoretical and practical significance. The practical significance is that the study materials can be used in law-making, practice law-enforcement agencies, educational process and scientific research. The subject and the degree of implementation: This study used in lawmaking, implementation and ATS in their teaching. Efficiency of implementation: implementation acts show positive assessment of the application of research results. Scope of application: law and law enforcement, educational process.
