Puka N. Transforming socio-economic status of Ukrainian families

Object of study: processe of formation and changes in social and economic status of the Ukrainian family. Objective: developing of theoretical and methodological components of research on the transition provisions of the socio-economic condition of the Ukrainian family and proposals to strengthen it. Methods: systematic and structural, historical, statistical, economic, geospatial and mapping analysis, comparison, computer technologies, graphic images. Novelty: the first founded and developed components of the Concept on improving the situation of socio-economic status of the Ukrainian family, improved interpretation of the definition “socio-economic status of the family”, which, unlike existing understood by the author as averaged socio-economic situation of all members of family, approaches to assessing the differentiation of socio-economic status of households in Ukraine based on the use of cluster analysis. Scope: in the activities of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration in drafting the Programme of socio-economic development of the Transcarpathian region, the International Institute of Education, Culture and Relations with the Diaspora National University “Lvivska Polytechnika”, in the educational process of PVNZ “Lviv University of Business and Law”.
