The Dissertation is dedicated to the research, grounding and development of economic and mathematic instruments for labor costs prediction for exploitation stage based on goods sketching. Main aspects of labor costs prediction for exploitation stage based on goods sketching are researched. Possibility of application of stochastic models, expert prediction methods and methods of fuzzy logic for labor costs prediction for exploitation stage based on goods sketching is grounded. Methodological approach to labor costs prediction for exploitation stage based on goods sketching is developed. The structure of the model prediction system of laborious works on the exploitation stage based on goods sketching is created. It gives the possibility to use efficiently statistic and expert information for reasonable labor costs evaluation and prevention of the unplanned additional expenses on the exploitation stage.
