Klepikova O. Models of system dynamics in a management of insurance companies.

In dissertation work the actual problem of modeling of management of insurance company is solved. The following is developed: complex of simulation models of business-processes of insurance company, which take into account operating, financially-investment management, marketing activity with determination of economic feasibility of insurance company; methodological approaches of marketing activity realization of insurance company, what contains the method of index forming "probability of insurance policy acquisition". This index accumulates influence of factors related to the structure of insurance market, feature of providing insurance services and financial activity of insurance company; model of economic feasibility of insurance company, which allows to unite traditional approaches of financial analysis with advantages of system dynamics method which is gives opportunity to increase the validity of general estimations of activity of insurer and timely to prognosticate the probability of bankruptcy; technology of procedures for simulation experiments planning on the models of business-processes of insurance companies which are basis for creation of informative subsoil of making administrative decisions by insurers.
