Object of research: management processes by the informative resources of enterprise. Purpose of research: development of conception of design of project management the informative resources of enterprise and complex of economical and mathematical models, allowing to promote efficiency of his functioning due to optimization of the use of informative resources. Methods of research: management by the informative systems, economical and mathematical modeling, analysis of the systems, management by projects. Results: the modern problems of management are certain by informative resources in Ukraine; a role and specific of going are certain near the design of management by the informative resources of enterprise; conception of design of project management the informative resources of enterprise is worked out; the network model of project of forming of informative resources of enterprise is worked out; a economical and mathematical case frame is worked out by quality of informative resources of enterprise; the simulation model of co-ordination of informative streams of enterprise is worked out; the structure of the system of support of making decision is worked out on the basis of the use of project case frames by informative resources.
