Kudlay V. The recordkeeping support of quality management system of industrial organization

The thesis is devoted to complex investigation of the theoretical foundations of the enterprise organization of the QMS documentation support as a factor improvement of effectiveness of organizational communication. The terminology of the enterprise recordkeeping of quality management system is described. The essence of document management product quality as a social and communication activities is reviewed. It is considered the regulatory and methodological framework documentation to ensure quality control system in Ukraine and at the industrial enterprise of JSC "Azovstal iron & steel works". Writer of a thesis classified documents in the enterprise records management of the quality system. Information resources of JSC "Azovstal iron & steel works" quality management system are analyzed. Proved prospects of ISO 30300 implementation, which allows to allocate a separate management system of records along with other management systems of industrial enterprise.
