Essay

The dissertation presents the theoretical generalization and a new approach to an important and urgent task, which is manifested in the theoretical justification of pedagogical conditions of social education for children and youth with disabilities in Poland. It gives the essence of the concept of "pedagogical conditions of social education for children and youth with disabilities" and the essence of research key concepts: "a person (children and youth) with disabilities", "social education", "social education for persons (children and youth) with reduced opportunities". It specifies the formation and development of social education periods of persons with disabilities in its historical context. We made a further analysis of regulatory support (legislative acts of Ukraine, Poland, the Council of Europe, the United Nations) on social security, education, vocational rehabilitation and health care, which is the legal basis of pedagogical conditions of social education for children and youth with disabilities in Poland. Our recommendations were formed on the basis of Polish social education positive experience of children and youth with disabilities in Ukraine (legislative, educational, social rehabilitation and theoretical levels).
