Essay

The thesis is devoted to optimization of osteoarthrosis treatment by using of the new original national drug containing carbohydrate modified substance of quercetin – „Quertin”. It was established that on the models of experimental pathology (systemic steroid osteoarthritis and collagen-induced arthritis) drug „Quertin” shows a distinct anti-inflammatory, hondrotropic, antiapoptotical and immunomodified activity. It was showed that „Quertin” significantly exceed the activity of quercetin substance according the most of the investigated parameters. The advantage of "Quertin" is that it can be used by patients with rheumatoid arthritis with secondary osteoarthrosis in contrast to traditional remedies of chondroprotective action. At clinical conditions it was studied the pharmacokinetics and portability of the drug „Quertin”.
