The object of the research is the processes of management of innovation component in projects. The purpose of the research is theoretical basis and developing of practical tools of project innovative component management taking into account of the specific project scope and implementation of environmental factors as its uniqueness. In the research it is used: the method of system analysis, the method of analysis of asset value over time ), the method of ranking, the method of analysis of public utility, the methods of mathematical modeling, the method of formal modeling in the development of the model of formation of internal innovations in the project-oriented organization. The practical value - The research results can be used to improve innovation project-oriented organizations. Developed in the thesis model and methodological generalizations represent a set of tools for improving project innovation component management. Scientific novelty of the results is disclosed in the following positions: for the first time:The model of internal project innovation management is developed, which is based on determining the value of innovative feature components for making management decisions when passing through the stages of the project life cycle.
