Osadchenko S. The pharmacological research of chondroprotective action of glucosamine compositions with derivatives of salicylic acid.

Researches of antiarthritis action of the new synthesized salts of glucosamine with derivative salicylic and glutaranylic acids are first conducted. It is set that medical application of composition of glucosamine hydrochloride with glucosamine acetylsalicylate at experimental osteoarthrosis was characterized by the expressed positive influence on the indexes of exchange of cartilaginous and bone tissue, that showed up in the decline of markers of the destructive and inflammatory processes confirmed by information of biochemical research, and diminishing of morphological signs of the proper pathological changes. In the experiment on 3–monthly rats with posttraumatic osteoarthritis by pharmacological, toxicological, biochemical, morphological and mathematic-statistical methods high specific activity of composition of glucosamine hydrochloride with glucosamine acetylsalicylate (1:1) at the intragastric reception is well-proven. The hypotoxicity of the developed composition and expedience of creation on its basis of the new combined antiarthrosis preparation with combination of chondroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties is proved.
