Experimental researches of new series of chemical compounds that are amine derivatives (2-oxoindoliniliden-3) of carboxylic acids have been provided to detect an anabolic activity. In the course of experiments the most effective and the least toxic substance has been selected, being called uroksaline. It was discovered that 10,7 mg/kg of uroksaline show high-grade anabolic activity without any sign of androgenic effect. "Structure - anabolic activity" relationship in series of amine derivatives (2-oxoindoliniliden-3) of carboxylic acids has been settled out. It has been established that dosing of amino-acids residues into molecule is attended by decreasing of anabolic activity. At the same time, 2,6-dioxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrimidine dosing caused its increasing.
