To dissertation the results of experimental ground of presence of cerebroprotective and antihypoxic activity are driven in the new derivatives of guanidine in a dose 5,0 mg/kg. Th most active appeared derivate with the laboratory code of PF-5 (flokalin), that was practically compared with mexidol (100,0 mg/kg) and prevailed vinpocetine (5,0 mg/kg). Fourteen days treatment of rats with the acute disturbance of cerebral blood flow (bilateral ligation of the сommon carotids) by flocalin (1,0 mg/kg) as well as mexidol (100,0 mg/kg), diminished approximately in 2 times of index of lethality of animals comparatively with control, removes a neurological, cognitive and mnestic disorders, reduces symptoms of energodeficits, normalizes of the broken indexes of oxidant-antioxidant equilibrium in ischemic cerebrum. The specified changes of metabolic processes are correlated with the positive dynamics of a morphological picture of the ischemic cerebrum. The cerebroprotective effect of the flocalin is connected with its stimulating influence on the cerebral blood flow also. It is set except it, that to the investigated connection inherent anticonvulsive action. The theraputic effect of flocalin at the acute distrubance of cerebral blood flow is conditioned by proceeding in a cerebral blood stream, removal of energydeficit, distorting the oxidant-antioxidant balance, presence of antihypoxic effects.
