In this research an investigation of effectiveness and development of a novel indicator of application of ultra-short insulins via subcutaneous continuous insulin injection and continuous glucose monitoring during diabetes mellitus 1 and 2 type was fulfilled. Combination of continuous glucose monitoring with subcutaneous continuous insulin injection has allowed to reach compensation status in the patients with diabetes mellitus 1 and 2 type according to level of glycemia, glycosylated hemoglobin, fructosamine. Also given combination has improved renal function, exocrinic and endocrinic pancreas function, decreased insulin-resistance of tissues. In addition, combination of continuous glucose monitoring with subcutaneous continuous insulin injection has achieved better results than isolated subcutaneous continuous insulin injection. Tumor necrosis factor-? was proposed as important index of insulin therapy effectiveness in during diabetes mellitus 1 and 2 type.
