Kushnir Y. Parenting a senior culture of interethnic communication.

The paper investigated the problem of education in high school culture of interethnic communication. The author clarifies the essence of inter-cultural communication high school, determined structural components, levels and criteria, an index of its formation. Grounded pedagogical conditions of educational work with senior pupils, to foster inter-cultural communication. It is proved that the effectiveness of inter-cultural communication training, subject to increase in the educational process of a comprehensive institution of classes and extracurricular activities whose content is based on the principles of humanization of relations between boys and girls; use in educational process in complex active methods of education of students aimed at forming in them the necessary skills of organization and culture of interethnic communication.
