Chornei I. Formation of readiness of students for innovative educational activities with primary school pupils in the process of teaching practice.

The thesis deals with the problem of readiness of students for innovative educational activities with primary school pupils in the process of teaching practice. In the paper theoretical bases of innovative educational activity of pedagogical high schools students are proved; the essence of the concept "innovative educational activity specified". The paper outlines approaches to the investigation of the readiness problem and discloses the point of the concept "readiness for innovative educational activity". It also describes structural components, criteria, indices and reveals the levels of formation of readiness of the students for innovative educational activity during teaching practice. Pedagogical conditions of forming of the students' readiness for innovative educational activity with primary school pupils during teaching practice are defined. The program of optimization of innovative educational activity of students in the process of the teaching practice is developed and tested.
