The dissertation is devoted studying of hormone-cytokine status and markers of endothelial dysfunction in hypertensive patients on a background of renal disease. For the first time shows the role of endogenous opioids in the pathogenesis of arterial hypertension, depending on the activity of the renin-aldosterone system. Established pathogenetic relationship with the activity enkefalinergicheskoy regulation of hypo-, normo-, hyperreninovymi forms of primary hypertension, which in view of antidiuretic and antinatriuretic properties of opiates explains.
