The dissertation deals with the problem of early detection of acid-base balance disorders in children and possibilities of their preventive correction using bicarbonate mineral water for prevention the development of several metabolic disorders. The possibility of drinking use of carbon acid bicarbonate sodium mineral water Polyana Kvasova in the treatment and rehabilitation of children with gastro-urologic pathology was proved. The necessity for correction of the method of drinking treatment concerning the age of children was substantiated.
