Gaponov K. Сomplex treatment of patients with alcohol addiction in its current pathomorphosis

The research carried out theoretical generalization and complete the new actual scientific problem solving efficiency of complex treatment of patients with AA in its modern pathomorphosis. Installed specificity of clinical psychopathology and social characteristics AA, which is a marker of disease experience, which systematized as indicators of the severity of the harmful effects of CAs that clustered characteristics in terms of optimization of integrated treatment: minimal adverse effects, expressed adverse effects and serious adverse effects (p <0,01). The necessity of their definition as a criterion of differentiation choice of content and volume measures treatment and rehabilitation of patients with accompaniment AA depending on the severity of the harmful effects of alcoholism. Scientifically proved, developed and introduced into clinical practice two-phase system of treatment and rehabilitation support, consisting of inpatient and outpatient treatment, differentiated depending on the patient's rehabilitation potential. The aim of the first phase is the maximum reduction of psychopathology, second - transformation patient's lifestyle, which is achieved using elements of the group, cognitive-behavioral, cognitive oriented, family therapy, and therapy dosed physical activity. Implementation of the system of determining changes in clinical, psychosocial and personal / interpersonal aspects of life of patients has proved its efficiency compared with the activities regulated therapy (p <0,01)
