Thesis is devoted to the problem of value orientations of junior schoolchildren in the process of extracurricular ethnological work. The pedagogical terms of effective realization of this process are determined, substantiated and experimentally tested: personal orientation of extracurricular ethnological work with junior schoolchildren paying attention to its axiological and acmeologic dominants; ethnicization of content, methods and forms of extracurricular ethnological work with junior schoolchildren in the context of multicultural approach.
