The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of the personality-oriented educational system of private secondary schools. The essence of the notion "personality-oriented educational system of private secondary schools" is determined; the structure of the personality-oriented educational system of private secondary schools and the peculiarities of personality-oriented education in the context of such institutions' educational practice are specified; the criteria and indices of the system formation are characterized, corresponding methods of monitoring research is developed; the organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of personality-oriented educational system of private secondary schools are defined and experimentally checked.
