Voytenko A. Pharmacological study of antihypoxic activity of drug aveol

The dissertation is devoted to the researches of antihypoxic with thermoprotective properties of the drug aveol up on the conditions of concurrent influence of acute hypoxia with hyperthermia. Studied drug aveol has high antihypoxic activity with thermoprotective properties versus reference drugs - cinnarizine and tinctura of ginseng. The antihypoxic activity of aveol gave evidence of significant increase in animals survival and more favorable clinical course of acute hypoxic syndrome. Thus, also established expressed membrane-stabilizing effect of aveol. Besides, it was discovered an ability of drug aveol to prevent disturbances in energy supply to organism's tissues due to preservation of adenylnucleotid's pool and concentration of phosphorus inorganic with simultaneous modification of energy homeostasis parameters. It is established, that one of the ways of aveol, that was studied, to realize an antihypoxic activity it is stimulation of gluconeogenesis in blood serum and brain tissue of animals with hypoxic syndrome.
