Essay

The object of research is the development direction of career-oriented activities in the modern labor market. The aim of the thesis is to improve the theoretical and methodological, applied scientific, organizational and economic foundations of career-oriented activities in the modern labor market. Methods: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of historical analysis, the method of logical analysis, a method of economic and statistical analysis, the method of economic and mathematical modeling, methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of prediction. Theoretical results: is to improve methodological, theoretical, scientific and practical bases of career-oriented activities in the modern labor market. Bottom line: consists in the fact that scientific results form the organizational and economic rationale for the development of career-oriented activities in the modern labor market. Scientific novelty: for the first time: developed a comprehensive multi-level model of the professional orientation of the population, the model of a system of direct development planning career-oriented activities on the basis of calculations of the hierarchy and the degree of influence of actors and formalized factors on the process; improved: the scientific and methodological basis determine the level of effectiveness of career guidance activities, areas of organizational and economic support for the development of career-oriented activities of the public employment service has been further development: concepts and categorical apparatus for studying career-oriented activities; theoretical and methodological foundations of market monitoring of career guidance services. The degree of implementation: This study used in practice: the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, Donetsk Region State Administration of PJSC "DEMZ", OAO "Azovzagalmash", PJSC "Donetsk Plant of High Pillars", the Research Institute of Labour and Employment of the Ministry of Social Policy and National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kiev), as well as in the educational process of Donetsk National University. Scope: interdisciplinary.
