Essay

The object of this study is the formation of labor potential management in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to improve the theoretical and methodological development and organizational and methodological basis for the formation of labor potential management in Ukraine. Methods: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of historical analysis, the method of logical analysis, a method of economic and statistical analysis, the method of economic and mathematical modeling, methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of prediction. Theoretical results: consist in the design and development of theoretical and methodological, organizational and methodological basis for the formation of labor potential management, justification scientific and practical recommendations on the formation, development and implementation of the labor potential in the state, the region and the production levels. Practical results: consists in the fact that the findings of the research and development of practical importance, as evidenced by the introduction of scientific results at regional, local and industrial levels. Scientific novelty: for the first time: developed management structure formation and implementation of the labor potential of the region; proposed scientific and methodological bases of management of labor potential of the region; improved: the content characteristics of the categories of "employment potential" and "regional system of labor potential"; the classification of signs of labor potential employees through selection criterion of "social competence"; a system of labor potential management employees; received further development: concepts and categorical apparatus for studying career-oriented activities; theoretical components of the labor potential employee; factors affecting the management of labor potential. The degree of implementation: the results used in practice: the Donetsk Oblast State Administration the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Donetsk City Council; CJSC "Donetskstal" - Metallurgical Plant ", as well as used in the educational process in the Donetsk National University. Scope: interdisciplinary.
