Viznyak Y. Regulation of employment in the border administrative district

The object of study: the processes of employment in the lower tiers of the administrative-territorial system - administrative border areas specific to their economies, defined border location of the study area. Objective: the deepening the theoretical knowledge and the development of regulations and practical implications for the regulation of employment in administrative border area, the optimization of the parameters of regional labor markets. Methods: systematic and structural, historical, statistical, economic, geospatial and mapping analysis, comparison and scoring, correlation analysis, computer technologies. Novelty: first established a clear differentiation in the border districts of the Lviv region for specific employment, improved theoretical and methodological approaches to identifying the specific employment of the specific border administrative district, method of investigation regional labor markets, in particular by using traditional models of employment at the grassroots administrative districts of the Lviv region. Scope: in the activities of the Gorodok District State Administration in the development of the socio-economic development of the area and the Mostyska District State Administration during development employment program, Gorodok District Employment Center, in the learning process of the private high school "Lviv University Business and Law".
