In the thesis the modern trends of employment relationship development, their particular transformation in terms of labor reforms and priorities of social regulation are disclosed. The conceptual regulations of social responsibility in employment area are developed, the conception of social responsibility, principles, key points, main interests and expected results of social partners' responsible actions in the regional labor market are determined. The methodological and methodical tools are developed, where object and subjects of social responsibility in the regional labor market are determined, the labor and institutional approaches of employment regulation are stipulated as obligatory. The effectiveness of normative legal and informational support is estimated in the active system of social responsibility regulation in the area of regional employment. The positive tendencies of coordination and strengthening reserves of social responsibility are determined in the regional labor market on the basis of social research. The improvement of acting social responsibility system in employment area is offered and completed with strengthening mechanisms of social partners' responsibility in the regional labor market. The methodological approaches of effective placement service functioning are clarified. The methodical approaches to rating estimation of partners' social responsible activity in the regional employment area are expanded. The practical recommendations concerning effective functioning of proposed strengthening mechanisms of social partners' responsibility in the regional labor market are proved through the specification of object, subject and social partners' responsibility level versus.
