The dissertation work reflects the current trends in aesthetic ideas of the XX-XXI centuries connected with the search of the new poetics and explanation of the modern literature and text formation while preserving the previous theoretical groundwork. The choice of postmodernism poetics as the object of the research is grounded on several reasons: the dissemination of postmodernism poetics and its methodology as an artistic techniques, the flexibility of the poetics and semiotics of philosophical range of problems of the XX-XXI centuries.Postmodernism poetics in Umberto Eco's philosophy is justified due to the possibility argumentation of constructive postmodernism poetics' of M.Bakhtin, J.Kristeva, R.Barthes transformation, and through their reconsideration, addition, and new poetics theory creation. Bakhtin's idea of connotativeness develops into dialogism theory which forms J.Kristeva's theory of heno-text and R.Barthes' "Text". Eco's intertextuality theory, that formed the constructive postmodernism poetics, is premised on it.
