Object: educational process at primary school in a private educational institution; aim: to theoretically justify and experimentally confirm the technology of development of value attitude to labour in a private educational institution; methods: analysis, generalization, modeling, testing, observation, expert evaluation, experimentation, the methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: the technology of the development of value attitude to labour in primary school children was justified, developed, and experimentally verified; the technology is based on the principles of subject of the educational process role of a preschooler, educating in the course of activity, unity of educational influences, orientation towards labour value and realized through a range of psychological and pedagogical conditions, namely creating the situation in which the joy of labour is emotionally experienced, delegating organizational powers to primary schoolchildren in various kinds of educational activities, involving parents into the process of labour education of primary schoolchildren in private educational institutions; results: the criteria and characteristics are determined, and the levels of development of value attitude to labour in primary schoolchildren are defined; field – theory and methodology of education.
