Object - the process of integration into the society of visually impaired high-school students; purpose - to justify theoretically and experimentally verify the socially-pedagogical conditions which will improve the integration into society of high school students with visual impairments; methods: analysis of scientific sources, synthesis, comparison, generalization, participant observation, interviews, content analysis, testing, socio-pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: proved checked socio-pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of integration of visually impaired high-school students in society; results: developed and introduced the program "The readiness of high-school students with disabilities for the integration into the society", "Social, psychological and legal support for the integration of young people with disabilities", "Creating a positive image of people with visual impairments in society"; training "How to help social environment learn to understand people with limited physical abilities" on account of their biopsychosocial characteristics as a means of implementing activities to ensure effective integration into society of high school students with visual impairment; branch - social pedagogy.
