In dissertation a concept of modeling the formation and use of social capital, service businesses is developed, which is based on a system-structural approach consists of three main stages, takes into account the properties of services and features of the formation of social capital as an asset of the private service industries to improve efficiency economic activity. It's improved structural model of services, taking into account the peculiarities of homogeneous types of services and allows to emphasize the factors influencing the formation of the enterprise's social capital. It's improved service quality model of the structure, which takes into account the tangible and intangible factors of the perception of services, and allows you to define a quantitative indicator of consumer confidence in the enterprise services.
