Marchuk V. Modeling of management process of the material streams of the production systems

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical principles and mathematical economic models of material streams management of production systems. Conceptual modeling positions are formulated and structure of the process material management of production systems is developed. The positioning model of production system manufacturing in a competitive environment is developed, the implementation of which provides the flexibility to respond to fluctuations in demand and the emergence of indignations in the production process, identifying the need for material resources together with the tasks of forecasting and monitoring their condition. The models of material stream based on random production losses and factors breach rhythm production process are developed. The models of optimal compensation of production losses and disturbances are developed on the criteria minimum possible total cost of providing reserves of resources and loss of mismatch stages of the production process with the restrictions on the amount of resources and the requirements of rhythm and reliable output.
