Needs in an improving of production, sales and distribution management tools in the industry of grinding bodies (GB) in order to provide high economicand financial outcomes for manufacturers and traders constitute backgrounds of the concept of marketing-logistics management of GB production and sales. The concept puts a clear emphasis on the methodof economic diagnostics and general effectivenessevaluation of production and sales. The diagnostics findings are used in the methods of marketing and logistics goal-setting for production and sales.
