The thesisof isdevotedtotheinvestigationofanalgesic, anti-inflammatoryandspasmolyticpropertiesofpropylenglycolicvegetationalcombination "Fitalgin".Screeningtestshaveshowedenoughhighanalgesic, anti-inflammatoryandantipyreticactivityofpropylenglycoliccombinationofextractes "Fitalgin". ED50–250 mg/kgwasfoundbyanalgeticactivityinmodel “aceticuscramps” andmethod “hotplate”.Inwasestablishedthatcombinationhastheabilitytoaffectcentralmechanismofpainreactionelaborationinmodelselectrodermaticexcitationofrattailhead (42,8%; р<0,05) andthermalexcitationofrattail (23,4% (р<0,05)). Anti-alterationreparative, anti-ulcergenicactivityeffectofpropylenglycoliccombinationofextractes "Fitalgin" inexperimentalmodels alcohol-prednisolone andindomethacingastriculcershasbeenestablished.Examinationofacutetoxicityparametersofpropylenglycoliccombinationofextractes "Fitalgin" allowedtobringcombinationunderthefifthclass “almost non-toxicsubstances”.
