Methods and models of competences management including synchronicity of employees personal goals with corporate goals in a unified strategic evolution process are developed. Scientific research results are: method of forming a diversify program for the industrial enterprise, which provides realization of the selected strategies and is based on the an analysis of its key competencies, is first developed; model of competency management, which is based on transfer pricing approach and provides creation of internal market of competencies, monitoring, and continuous stimulation of its increasing, is first developed. Model of the company strategic potential estimation through the use of enhanced balanced scorecards and ontological model of management competences knowledge is improved. It provides functionality increase in the project and human resources management. Competency approach to the enterprise management by developing models of analysis and competencies management, which provides identifying all relations formation and use of personal and organizational competencies to achieve effectiveness of the company diversification, is described.
